A Shepherd’s Tale - ANOTHER new Serenity Comic
During the Browncoat Cruise held in December, VIP guest Ron Glass shared some exciting news. He announced to his dinner companions (and later all the Browncoat attendees) that following the already announced Dark Horse comics “Serenity: Better Days” will be another completely new comic titled “A Shepherd’s Tale”. Ron also shared that Joss had given him some further information about Book’s character including:
- Book found God in a bowl of soup
- Part of Book is artificial
- Book stole his name from a man he killed
- Book is best known for his worst failure
Amid rumours of another Serenity movie being discussed by Universal - the hint that fans will discover Book’s back-story in comic form is enough to satisfy fans that the ‘verse will indeed live on and that 2008 is worth looking forward to.
